Crystal Khalil is a Master Executive and Relationship Coach, International Best-Selling Author of Hard Workers Work Hard, And Networkers Move Up!, and a trailblazing corporate leader. She’s the Co-CEO of Volition Enterprises, Inc. and Sister Diamonds, LLC, where she empowers individuals to lead with purpose, integrity, and boldness in their careers and relationships. With over 30 years in corporate leadership—including becoming the first African-American executive leader with Porsche—Crystal’s expertise spans transformational coaching, strategic leadership, and high-impact networking. 

Crystal also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Caring For Others, an international non-profit focused on poverty eradication. Her work alongside her dynamic business partner, Dr. Nicole LaBeach, extends to guiding diverse clients toward their highest potential, supporting professional excellence, and nurturing authentic connections in business and life. Driven by her faith and a commitment to impactful leadership.

Throughout her distinguished career as a principal and executive director in both the public and charter school sectors, Staci Bennett has transformed some of the Midwest’s most struggling elementary schools into models of academic success. Her deep understanding of the unique challenges facing urban education today, combined with her unwavering commitment to non-negotiables and high expectations, has enabled her to drive meaningful, lasting improvements. 

Staci specializes in identifying and repairing broken systems within schools, and her approach is grounded in research-based methods that positively impact administrators, teachers, and students alike. Her leadership has become synonymous with sustainable change, and she continues to be a powerful advocate for equitable, high-quality education in urban communities.

Presenters:

TJ Halsey is the founder of Legacy Wealth Financial Group. With a background in business, financial strategy, and estate planning, TJ equips individuals, families, and business owners to become skilled wealth stewards and build enduring legacies.

TJ’s career includes over 20 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, roles in legal advocacy, and leadership in estate planning and elder law. After exiting Corporate America in 2020, she became an entrepreneur and now serves as President and Chief Strategy Officer of her wealth firm.

Holding advanced degrees in business, law, and international taxation, TJ offers her clients comprehensive strategies in wealth management, tax optimization, and asset protection.

Felice Martin is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Neuroscience Coach, Certified in Traumatic Stress Studies,Neurofeedback, and Clinical Trauma. Felice is the Founder and CEO of Behavioral Health Associates of Georgia, LLC. She has worked with children, teens, and families in the capacity of leadership development, building self-esteem, and enhancing communication for over ten years.

Professor Anthony Jackson is a renowned academic and industry expert , possessing a double Master’s degree in both physics and computer science; with a certificate in Theology. He has worked with top corporations, including IBM and JP Morgan Chase, and contributed to pioneering research on moon rocks from the first lunar landing.

As a lecturer at institutions like the University of Illinois, he has shaped students’ understanding of technology and data science while exploring the ethical implications of innovation. An AI pioneer since 1980, Professor Jackson continues to drive advancements in AI, bridging theory and practice in business and entrepreneurship.
